Participants will learn how to develop a mentoring relationship with their supervisor and win his/her support in achieving career objectives.

Participants will come away with renewed confidence and the courage to challenge and make positive changes for both themselves and the organization. They will learn to say the “right” words and take the “right” action at the “right” time.
